Mummies have just been discovered in Guanajauto, Mexico and you have been invited to travel to the site where they were discovered. You will join a select group of researchers to study how these mummies came to be and the culture in which they lived. As the curator of the Cooper Historical Museum, this is the assignment you have been waiting for because you are responsible for creating a new, creative and informative Mexican exhibition and this trip will be the perfect opportunity to gather some research about the country and the people that live there!

Working with a group of newly hired curators, you will use your research to plan, write, design, and create displays for the exhibition. The displays in the exhibit will help museum visitors understand that the geography of Mexico helped to shape the economic and cultural development of the country. Visitors will also learn about Mexico's culture (art, customs, traditions, holidays) and history (the Aztecs, the Mayans, the Mexican Revolution).

In addition to overseeing this project, you need to promote and entice parents, teachers, children, and other community members to want to visit the newest exhibition on display at Cooper's Historical Museum, The Life and Times of Mexico. The grand opening for this exhibition will be in February, so you need to get to work right away!
